Bronze Program:
Requirements: Polished freestyle and legal backstroke
Time Standards: 45 seconds or faster for 25 free & 25 back

Westminster at Lake Ridge: Sun 6:00-6:45 pm
SwimKids Gainesville: Sun 6:00-6:45 pm, Sun 6:45-7:30 pm, Tues 8:00-8:45 pm,
Wed 8:00-8:45 pm
Prices:  1 day/week $399, 2 days/week $725, or 3 days/week $925

Silver Program:
Requirements: Legal in 3 strokes: Polished freestyle, legal backstroke, and either breast or fly, Time Standards: 30 seconds or faster for 25 free & 25 back

Woodbridge Sport & Health: Tues 5:00-5:45 pm, Thurs 5:00-5:45 pm

High School Prep:  
Requirements: 9th-12th grade
